Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of ORBT (the “Service”). By accepting these Terms and connecting a wallet, you agree to them.

1. Service and eligibility

The Service is a beta, non-custodial interface that uses AI-assisted natural-language interpretation to prepare on-chain actions such as swaps, advanced orders, wrapping and bridging. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use digital-asset services in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Service where prohibited by law.

2. Non-custodial operation

The Service does not hold your private keys or take custody of your assets. Your wallet presents every signature and transaction for your approval. Only you can authorize an on-chain action, and you are responsible for securing your wallet, recovery phrase and devices.

3. AI and transaction instructions

AI output may misunderstand, omit or incorrectly translate your instructions. Quotes, token information, routes, balances and status information can be delayed or inaccurate. You must review the network, token addresses, amounts, recipient, slippage, fees, deadlines and all wallet prompts before signing. A natural-language response or prepared card is not a completed trade.

4. No advice or guarantee

The Service provides execution tooling, not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing displayed is a recommendation or promise of profit. Execution, price, availability, liquidity, timing and outcome are not guaranteed.

5. Blockchain and third-party risks

Digital assets and blockchain transactions involve material risk, including volatility, irreversible transactions, smart-contract defects, token impersonation, approval risk, MEV, bridge failure, chain reorganization, network congestion and loss of funds. The Service relies on third parties including wallet connectivity, RPC providers, Orbs/Spot infrastructure, liquidity providers, bridges and AI providers. Their interruption or error may affect the Service.

6. Fees and taxes

You are responsible for gas, protocol, bridge, liquidity-provider and other third-party fees shown or incurred by a transaction, and for any applicable taxes. Fees and quotes may change before execution.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, exploitation of systems, interference with other users, automated abuse, unauthorized access or distribution of malicious code.

8. Availability and changes

The Service may add, remove, restrict or suspend features, networks, tokens or access without guaranteeing continuous availability. Beta features may change or fail. Material changes to these Terms will use a new version and require renewed acceptance.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, availability or error-free operation. The Service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or blockchain-related losses caused by your signatures, third-party systems, market conditions or unauthorized wallet access. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Privacy and records

Use of personal and technical information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Service may retain proof of the Terms version accepted by a wallet.

11. Contact and applicable law

Questions may be directed through the operator contact channel published at kryp.xyz. These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory protections in the relevant jurisdiction.
